The crew was very polite especially one young man who they called "Batista" he was by far my favorite. I will return if and only when Batista is there and cooking my sandwich because he makes the best I have ever tasted and he is so polite and funny and deserves a raise.

I just wanted to let you know that my eight year old daughter and I are hooked on Charley's subs. We drive about 10 miles just to get them and if we see a Charley's subs anywhere other than the Troy location we absolutely have to stop even if we are not hungry. But I also want to comment on the employees, they are always friendly and happy, they treat us very well which must mean that your company treats them well and it's nice to get treated with such enthusiasm because you don't get it very often at fast food restaurants. So thank you for that.

There aren't many things that the workers could have done better on that day. I was having a very bad day and went to Charley's for lunch. The employees on that day were so polite and helped me to be in a better mood. The manager on that day, I think his name was Matt, was leading, showing everybody what to do to get people through the line. The register person was phenominal. I am not sure of her name, but she was short, blonde hair and was wearing glasses. She was very polite and she helped giving me different options of what to try. The other two employees there, were also very good and very nice. Overall my experience was very good and I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed my lunch at that location that day. I hope that the manager and employees keep up the good work and I will continue to eat there as much as I can. Thank you for everything and helping to make my day!

Hello Mr. Robinson,

I wanted to let you know about my visit to your Charley's store this past Monday, November 13th. I arrived mid afternoon, probably about 12:30. The restaurant was full as I placed and received my order.

In every step of the process, I was greeted by a polite and friendly staff. One especially attentive and hard working young man (the only male worker) was so polite I just have to give him special recognition. He not only served me and wished me a pleasant meal, but also checked with me later to see if I liked my food. He was busy the entire time I was there, cleaning and tidying the restaurant and watering and spritzing the plants. Nonetheless, he even took the time to say good-bye and wish me a pleasant day.

This lunch break was just one part of a very long day I spent with a family member during surgery, recuperation and an overnight stay at St. Luke's. I went for a walk to get some fresh air, wound up at your restaurant and this unexpected visit turned out to be one very bright spot in my day.

"I would like to take this opportunity to relay to you an experience I had earlier this week at one of your restaurants.

Late in the afternoon of Monday, October 9th, I found myself at the Atlanta airport awaiting my outgoing flight. Since my scheduled flight did not include a meal, I decided to have dinner at your restaurant on the B concourse, between gates 14 and 16.

From the time I ordered my meal until the time I left your restaurant, I was impressed by the restaurant staff. I happened to walk up during a lull. Having never eaten at one of your restaurants, I needed a minute to look at the menu and decide. In asking for my order and reading it back to me I was addressed as "ma'am". As I made my way through and received my food, I was addressed the same by the rest of the staff. I thought to myself that they were polite, and I took my meal and sat at a table.

I sat at my perch in the corner for almost an hour, and as I ate, I observed the action. When I got up to leave, I decided that I would let you know about the staff working that afternoon:

  • they were polite;
  • they worked as a cohesive unit;
  • they addressed everyone in line as either ma'am or sir;
  • they were efficient;
  • they never stopped working - even when the line of customers ebbed, staff came out to the front of the restaurant and restocked, cleaned up, emptied the trash, etc.

Your staff thoroughly impressed me. Whether there was a large group of customers in line, or whether it was just me, they were always polite, efficient and courteous. Thank you for such a pleasant experience."
